Kostya was born and grew up in Odessa. In 2005 he graduated from State Environmental University and joined a multi-national Oil&Gas company Saipem, where he was identified as a high-potential talent and exposed to multiple job roles in different geographies (UAE, Singapore, Australia, Italy, Netherlands). In 2018, Kostya became Head of Innovation Factory. In 2015-2017 he completed Executive MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
